Tenants Fees…..

According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, from the 27th May 2015, Letting Agents in England and Wales must display a list of their fees charged to prospective Tenants. Our fees are as follows:

 

Holding Deposit

£200.00 Non Refundable

A holding deposit is required in conjunction with references being sourced. This sum is subsequently deducted from the full deposit subject to references.

 

Deposit

Security Deposit Required of one months rent plus £100.00.  The Deposit is lodged with a third party organisation.

 

Administration Fee

£222.00 (inc VAT) Single Tenant

£180.00 (inc VAT) Per Person
